Upload Problems

Problem: "Upload Failed"

Why happen:

• Internet connection lost
• File corrupted
• Browser problem
• Server busy

How to fix:

1. Check your internet
2. Try refresh page (press F5)
3. Try again
4. Try different browser
5. Try smaller file first

Problem: "File Too Big"

Why happen:

• Free account limit is 100MB
• Your file is bigger

How to fix:

1. Compress your file (make smaller)
2. Split into multiple files
3. Wait for premium account option (coming soon!)

How to compress file:

• PDF: Use online PDF compressor
• Images: Reduce quality or size
• Videos: Lower resolution
• ZIP files: Already compressed, can't do more

Problem: Upload Very Slow

Why happen:

• Slow internet
• Big file
• Server far from you
• Many people upload same time

How to fix:

1. Be patient! Don't close browser!
2. Try at different time (night maybe less busy)
3. Check your internet speed
4. Try smaller file first to test

Payment Problems

Problem: "Payment Failed"

Why happen:

• Credit card declined
• Not enough money
• Bank block transaction
• Wrong card details

What to tell customers:

1. Check card details correct
2. Check have enough money
3. Try different card
4. Contact their bank
5. Contact us for help

Problem: "I Paid But Can't Download"

Why happen:

• Payment still processing
• Browser problem
• Cache issue

How to fix:

1. Wait 1-2 minutes (payment take time)
2. Refresh page
3. Check email for download link
4. Clear browser cache
5. Contact us with payment proof

Form Problems

Problem: "Form Not Working"

Why happen:

• JavaScript disabled
• Browser old
• Email format wrong
• Required field empty

How to fix:

1. Check all required fields filled
2. Check email format correct (must have @)
3. Try different browser
4. Enable JavaScript in browser

Problem: "I Filled Form But No Download"

Why happen:

• Didn't click submit
• Internet disconnected
• Form rules changed

How to fix:

1. Make sure click "Submit" button
2. Check internet connection
3. Check email (maybe download link there)
4. Try fill form again
5. Contact file owner

Password Problems

Problem: "Password Not Working"

Why happen:

• Wrong password typed
• CAPS LOCK on
• Space in password
• Copy-paste problem

How to fix:

1. Check CAPS LOCK off
2. Type password carefully (case sensitive!)
3. Copy password again
4. Contact file owner for correct password

Problem: "Forgot Password"

How to fix:

If you are file owner:

1. Go to dashboard
2. Open file settings
3. See password there
4. Or change to new password

If you are downloader:

• Contact file owner
• Ask them to send password again

Link Problems

Problem: "Link Not Working"

Why happen:

• Link expired
• File deleted
• Typo in link
• Link copied wrong

How to fix:

1. Check link complete (no missing parts)
2. Contact file owner - maybe file deleted
3. Ask for new link
4. Check if expiration date passed

Problem: "Link Gives Error 404"

This mean file not exist.

Why:

• File deleted
• Wrong link
• Account closed

How to fix:

• Contact file owner
• Check if you have correct link

Account Problems

Problem: "Can't Login"

Why happen:

• Wrong email/password
• No account yet
• Email not verified
• Account suspended

How to fix:

1. Check email address correct
2. Try "Forgot Password" link
3. Check spam folder for verification email
4. Create new account if needed
5. Contact support

Problem: "Email Verification Not Coming"

How to fix:

1. Check spam/junk folder
2. Check email address correct
3. Wait 5 minutes
4. Click "Resend email" button
5. Try different email

Dashboard Problems

Problem: "Can't See My Files"

Why happen:

• Not logged in
• Using wrong account
• Files deleted
• Browser cache

How to fix:

1. Make sure you logged in
2. Check if using correct email
3. Clear browser cache
4. Try different browser

Problem: "Analytics Not Updating"

Why happen:

• Need refresh
• Cache problem
• Browser extension blocking

How to fix:

1. Refresh page
2. Hard refresh (Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R)
3. Disable ad blockers
4. Try incognito/private mode

Download Problems

Problem: "Download Link Expired"

Some links expire for security!

How to fix:

• Go back to share page
• Complete requirement again (pay/form/password)
• Get new download link

Problem: "Download Interrupted"

Why happen:

• Internet disconnected
• Browser closed
• Computer sleep

How to fix:

1. Check internet
2. Get new download link
3. Try download again
4. Use download manager software
